About Caroline + Stu
For C+S, their wedding was a dazzling celebration of love, travel, and the vibrant memories they shared in Amsterdam. Tulips, a symbol of their blossoming love during a trip to the Dutch capital, were incorporated throughout the event in stunning floral arrangements—reflecting the same bold colors they had once admired in the city's famous fields. The bride’s veil, delicately embroidered with flowers, added a magical touch, as if she were walking through a floral dream. The couple’s choice of a venue just around the corner from where they used to live brought even more meaning to the day, grounding their love story.
Vibrant colors were the heartbeat of the celebration, rich reds, yellows, and pinks of the tulip-themed centerpieces. The venue transformed into a radiant garden, filled with joyful energy, and every detail reflected the couple’s fun, adventurous spirit. Their guest book took an unconventional yet deeply personal turn—guests wrote heartfelt messages on postcards, each one representing the couple’s love for travel and the memories they had created together across the globe. This unique guest book will forever serve as a cherished collection of well wishes and travel tales, adding even more depth to the couple’s journey.
This wedding was a perfect blend of personal significance, love for adventure, and vibrant beauty. From the tulips that symbolized their bond to the lively celebration that echoed their zest for life, it was a day full of joy and unforgettable moments. As the couple begins the next chapter of their life, their wedding remains a testament to the love that’s as colorful and enduring as the flowers they chose to honor.
Kind Words for Tate + Co
“One of Madi's best qualities is her communication - she was prompt with us, and communicated with not only the vendors on her own, but with our family and friends about the day of logistics (including helping to execute a surprise my mom was planning for months!).
One of our major pain points with wedding planning was all the emailing and phone calls, and she made that struggle complete disappear.
We worked with Madi after we had booked the major vendors, but her recommendations for remaining vendors were fantastic and easy to trust. We only wish we'd been with her from the beginning of our wedding planning! She was the perfect balance of letting us take the lead and supporting our ideas when we had opinions, and giving advice and feedback when we asked for it, or when she could tell we needed it.
Madi has the perfect demeanor for wedding planning and coordination - her calmness in the face of wedding chaos was essential for us. She was excited for us the whole way through and made sure we felt good about everything that was happening.
On the day of, we trusted Madi and her team to handle everything thrown their way, and they totally delivered. There will always be things that pop up unexpectedly, but we didn't feel or know about one bit of it because the team was taking care of it and made sure it didn't get to us. We were able to enjoy every single bit of the day - they made sure to help us get quiet moments, little things we would have forgotten, and take it all in. Family and friends went out of their way afterwards to ask us who our planner / coordinator was, or to tell us how much they loved Madi and her team. We can't recommend Madi enough - we are so happy to have worked with her for our wedding.”
