Wedding Coordination + Design

A collaborative effort between Tate + Co. and the couple. We will assist you along the way to wedding bliss. We collaborate with you to design your perfect day while doing most of the heavy lifting.

Included in wedding coordination + design:

  • Creation of planning timeline + checklist

  • Budget advisement and management

  • Limited vendor research

  • Vendor management

  • Design development and execution

  • Floorplan Design

  • Venue styling, set up, and tear down

  • Four planning meetings 12-3 months in advance of your wedding

  • Unlimited contact during business hours

  • Wedding Coordination also includes all of the Wedding Management package

Wedding Management

A finalization of the wedding process. We become your eyes and ears so that you can enjoy the day you’ve spent months planning. Must be booked no less than one month in advance. Also commonly referred to as “Day of Coordination.”

Included in Wedding Month Management:

  • Venue walk-through and rehearsal coordination

  • Day of vendor load in/out

  • Wedding Day timeline creation

  • Vendor communication

  • Ceremony and Reception set up and tear down

  • Unlimited Contact during business hours

  • Two Planning meetings 6 weeks - 3 weeks in advance of your wedding

A La Carte Services
